SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Built Ford Tough PBR Invasion of the Bulls Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“U.S.”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/13/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 10/19/08 (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
SPONSOR: Ford Motor Company, One American Road, Dearborn, MI 48126.
ADMINISTRATOR: Exposure Marketing, Inc., 1000 North Opdyke Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry (“Entrant). Employees (and the immediate families [spouses and parents, in-laws, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and members of the same household of such employees, (whether or not related) of Ford Motor Company (“Sponsor”), Professional Bull Riders, Inc., and their respective parents, divisions, affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, including Team Detroit, Inc. and Exposure Marketing, Inc. and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.invasionofthebulls.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Periods, complete the online entry form with the required contact information (“Entry”) and submit the completed entry as directed. ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM EST on 10/19/08. Limit: One (1) entry per person or email address. In the event more than one (1) entry is received from any one person or email address, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received for the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute, Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void.
FIRST PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) Entry Periods as follows:

A total of five (5) First Prize winners will be selected (one per Entry Period) in random drawings according to the prize drawing schedule above from among all entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization. Entries not selected for any drawing will be retained for subsequent drawings. Administrator will attempt to contact potential winners by phone. Potential winners must respond by telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of the Administrator’s first attempt to contact him/her in order to be eligible to claim the prize. If a potential winner timely responds, Administrator will orally request information from the potential winner to confirm preliminary eligibility, including potential winner’s availability to attend the Grand Prize Event. If a potential winner is deemed potentially eligible based on the preliminary questions, Administrator will send an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release form (“Affidavit/Release”) to the potential winner by email or facsimile to be executed and returned by email or facsimile within forty-eight (48) hours from the delivery of Administrator’s email or facsimile. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the specified time after the first attempt to contact him/her, if he/she fails to execute and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or if he/she is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, an alternate will be selected in his/her place and Administrator will attempt to contact and obtain the required Affidavit/Release from that potential winner. If any First Prize remains unawarded after three (3) attempts by Administrator to award, that Prize will not be awarded and only those confirmed First Prize winner will participate in the Grand Prize Event. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review. Potential winners may be subject to a background investigation at sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a potential winner based on the basis of their review of the results of the background check. Odds of winning any drawing depends on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Limit: One (1) First Prize per person or household.
GRAND PRIZE EVENT: The five (5) First Prize Winners (hereinafter referred to as “Finalists”) are eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Event (“Event”) which will determine the Grand Prize Winner. Event to be conducted under the supervision of Administrator, whose decisions in all matters of the Event are final. The Finalists will be required to attend the Built Ford Tough Series (“BFTS”) PBR World Finals in Las Vegas, NV on 11/6/08 through 11/10/08 at a time pre-determined by Sponsor. If a confirmed Finalist fails for any reason to appear for the Event, the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Event will be forfeited, no substitution or cash alternative will be offered, and no alternate participants will be selected. All Finalists must possess and present upon request their own valid driver’s license. Failure to possess, present, or execute requested documentation in a timely fashion; meet any eligibility requirement; or comply with any of the instructions herein will result in disqualification. A random drawing will be conducted prior to the 2008 BFTS PBR World Finals to assign three (3) “featured” bull riders and one (1) “featured” and one (1) “secondary” bull to each of the five (5) Finalists. Each “featured” rider and “featured” bull will participate in up to eight (8) rounds at the BFTS PBR World Finals. If a Finalists’ “featured” bull does not complete three “outs”, the highest “out” score from that Finalists’ “secondary” bull will be added to his/her total points. The Finalist who has the highest combination score from their “featured” bull riders and “featured/secondary” bull over eight rounds of competition will be declared the Grand Prize winner (subject to verification). In the event of cancellation, postponement, or suspension of the 2008 BFTS PBR World Finals for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to award the Grand Prize by random drawing from among all Finalists. The odds of a Finalist becoming the Grand Prize winner is determined by the probability of his/her “featured” bull riders and “featured/secondary” bull to achieving the highest combination score.
EVENT PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected on or about the Monday following a BFTS PBR Event on the following twenty-four (24) dates (2/25/08, 3/3/08, 3/10/08, 3/17/08, 3/31/08, 4/7/08, 4/14/08, 4/21/08, 4/28/08, 5/5/08, 5/19/08, 6/9/08, 6/23/08, 7/21/08, 7/28/08, 8/25/08, 9/1/08, 9/8/08, 9/15/08, 9/22/08, 9/29/08, 10/6/08, 10/13/08, 10/20/08) in random drawings conducted from among all eligible entries received as of the time of the drawing. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal a Publicity Release within 7 days of date of notification. Event Prize winner Entries will be retained for the First Prize drawing. The odds of winning an Event Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): The following prizes will be awarded -
TWENTY-FOUR (24) EVENT PRIZES: One (1) PBR Prize Package. Prize Package consists of one (1) Pair of Rocky/Durango boots, one (1) pair of PBR Wrangler jeans, one (1) PBR Wrangler Shirt, one (1) Stetson Cowboy Hat, one (1) PBR Cap and one (1) PBR t-shirt (ARV $250).
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES - Trip for two (2) to the 2008 BFTS PBR World Finals on 11/6/08 through 11/10/08 in Las Vegas, NV. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach air travel from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; four (4) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino; local ground transportation, two (2) VIP tickets to the second weekend of the 2008 BFTS PBR World Finals, various Sponsor-selected events, tours and activities, a chance to participate in the Grand Prize Event for the opportunity to win the Grand Prize; lunch with the featured professional bull rider (location and time of lunch and designated riders to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); PBR World Finals hat and shirt, autographs of professional bull riders (to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a $400 Gift Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of trip $4,000. Limit: One (1) First Prize per person or household.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of one (1) 2009 Ford Super Duty Truck (ARV/MSRP not to exceed $50,000) and Stock contractor for a year. Prize consists of recognition as a stock contractor for a period of one (1) year when the Ford Sponsored Bull is announced in arena and on television; a meet and greet with the Ford sponsored Bull Stock Contractor on 11/9/08 at the BFTS PBR World Finals. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $50,000.
GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: First Prizes - Finalists and guests must travel on same itinerary and on the dates and times specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded, where practical, to an alternate. Finalist and Guest of Finalist will be required to sign liability release and where permitted by law a publicity release (“Release”) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel guest must be at least 21 years of age, unless he/she is the child of Finalist and in that case the Release must be ratified and signed by minor’s parent or legal guardian. In the event that any Ford Professional Bull Riders or Bull Stock Contractors are unavailable to meet with the Finalists, due to scheduling, other conflicts, illness or other reason beyond his or Sponsor control, that portion of the First Prize will not be awarded and the remaining portion of the First Prize will constitute the full prize. If winner lives in the vicinity of the prize destination (in Sponsor's sole opinion), the winner will receive ground transfers in lieu of air travel and no additional compensation will be awarded. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of prize not expressly listed above, including but not limited to, additional meals, beverages, taxes and gratuities, are entirely the winner’s responsibility. Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions of issuer. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Grand Prize - Sponsor is not responsible if the 2008 BFTS PBR event, or meet and greet is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner responsible for vehicle registration, license, tax, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option not provided with Grand Prize vehicle and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winners’ residence or prize may be forfeited. Winner must a have valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Grand and First Prizes - Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on all aspects of prizes won and will be required to provide his/her Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes as Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of any prize awarded and accepted. All Prizes - Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that a Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, that prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE: By participating, Entrants (a) release Promotion Entities, their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, but not limited to the prize quality or availability except for Sponsor and the limited warranty provided with the Sweepstakes Grand prize vehicle. Neither Promotion Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR INSTANT WIN GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of and/or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at www.invasionofthebulls.com and the determination of the winners will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the termination, cancellation or suspension, as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.
DISPUTES: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Michigan.

Box 181, Byron, MI 48418. Specify “winners list” or “rules” on your request. Requests must be received by 10/19/08.
