SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The 2012 Built Ford Tough (BFT) Invasion Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is offered only in the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("U.S.") and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 1/6/12 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 10/14/12 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Administrator's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: Ford Motor Company, One American Road, Dearborn, MI 48126.

ADMINISTRATOR: Exposure Marketing & Promotions, Inc., 1000 North Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of date of entry ("Entrant"). Employees (and the immediate families [spouses and parents, in-laws, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and members of the same household of such employees, whether or not related) of Ford Motor Company ("Sponsor"), Professional Bull Riders, Inc., and their respective parents, divisions, affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, including Team Detroit, Inc. and Exposure Marketing & Promotions, Inc., and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes -

1) VIA EVENT - Sweepstakes Entry will be made available at Sponsor-selected participating event locations (an "Event" or the "Events") throughout the Sweepstakes Period. To receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry, Event attendees must register on-site and complete an official entry form by providing all requested information via handheld computer device or ballot, available while supplies last, at an Event during the posted hours of operation of that Event ("Event Entry"). ALL EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE POSTED CLOSING TIME OF EACH EVENT. Limit: One (1) Event Entry per person or email address.

2) VIA WEBSITE - During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.fordinvasion.com (the "Website"), complete the online entry form with the required contact information ("Online Entry") and submit the completed Entry as directed. ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM ET on 10/14/12. Limit: One (1) Online Entry and one (1) Event Entry per person or email address. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES IS TWO (2) PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS. In the event more than one (1) Event Entry or (1) Online Entry is received from any one person or email address, the first Event or Online Entry processed will be considered the only valid Entry received for the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute, Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void.

FIRST PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: A total of three (3) First Prize winners (one per Entry Period) will be selected in random drawings conducted according to the drawing schedule below from among all eligible Entries received for the applicable drawing.

Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization. Entries not selected for any drawing WILL be retained for subsequent drawings. Administrator will attempt to contact potential winners by phone. Potential winners must respond by telephone within seventy-two (72) hours of the Administrator's first attempt to contact him/her in order to be eligible to claim the prize. If a potential winner timely responds, Administrator will orally request information from the potential winner to confirm preliminary eligibility, including potential winner's availability to attend the Grand Prize Event (as defined below). If a potential winner is deemed potentially eligible based on the preliminary questions, Administrator will send an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release form ("Affidavit/Release") to the potential winner by email or facsimile to be executed and returned by email or facsimile within forty-eight (48) hours from the delivery of Administrator's email or facsimile. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the specified time after the first attempt to contact him/her, if he/she fails to execute and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or if he/she is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, an alternate will be selected in his/her place and Administrator will attempt to contact and obtain the required Affidavit/Release from that potential winner. If any First Prize remains un-awarded after three (3) attempts by Administrator, that Prize will not be awarded and only those confirmed First Prize winners will participate in the Grand Prize Event. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review. Potential winners may be subject to a background investigation at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a potential winner based on its review of the results of the background check. Odds of winning any drawing depend on the number of eligible Entries received for that drawing. Limit: One (1) First Prize per person or household.

GRAND PRIZE EVENT: The Finalists will be required to attend the 2012 PBR BFT World Finals in Las Vegas, NV, at a time predetermined by Sponsor. During the Finals, the three (3) First Prize winners will be eligible to participate in a Grand Prize Event ("Event") which will randomly determine the Grand Prize Winner. Event is to be conducted under the supervision of Administrator, whose decisions in all matters of the Event are final. If a First Prize winner fails for any reason to appear for the Event, the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Event will be forfeited and no alternate participants will be selected. All First Prize winners must possess and present upon request their own valid driver's license. Failure to possess, present or execute requested documentation in a timely fashion; meet any eligibility requirement; or comply with any of the instructions herein will result in disqualification. The odds of a First Prize winner becoming the Grand Prize Winner are 1:3. If the Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among the First Prize winners.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): The following prizes will be awarded:

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES - Trip for two (2) to attend the 2012 PBR BFT World Finals (the "World Finals") in Las Vegas, NV, from 10/24/12 - 10/29/12. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air travel from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; five (5) nights' hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); local ground transportation; two (2) tickets to the 2012 PBR BFT World Finals on 10/24, 10/25, 10/26, 10/27, and 10/28; various Sponsor-selected events and activities; a chance to participate in the Grand Prize Event for the opportunity to win the Grand Prize; lunch with Professional Bull Riders (location and time of lunch and designated riders to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a $400 Gift Card. ARV of each First Prize is $4,000. If First Prize winner resides within 250 miles of Las Vegas, NV, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation for winner and guest. All other expenses not described above (including but not limited to taxes, fees or meals, gratuities, insurance, personal and hotel incidentals, transfers and additional ground transportation) are sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the World Finals. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the World Finals, First Prize will be awarded without tickets to the World Finals on the same itinerary (as determined by Sponsor) and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel on dates specified by Sponsor so as to attend the World Finals or prize will be forfeited. Travel guest must be at least 21 years of age, unless he/she is the child of a First Prize winner, in which case the Release must be ratified and signed by minor's parent or legal guardian. In the event that any Professional Bull Riders are unavailable to meet with the First Prize winners, due to scheduling, other conflicts, illness or other reason beyond his or Sponsor control, that portion of the First Prize will not be awarded and the remaining portion of the First Prize will constitute the full prize. Travel subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor guest may be changed without the express approval of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Gift Card subject to terms and conditions of Issuer. Additional restrictions may apply. Actual value of First Prize may vary due to airfare fluctuations and departure location. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellation, delay, diversion or substitution, or any act or omission whatsoever by the air carriers, hotel or other transportation companies or any other person providing any of these services and accommodations, including but not limited to any change in services or accommodations necessitated by same.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2012 Ford SVT Raptor F-150 truck (ARV $55,000). Grand Prize Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, tax, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option not provided with the prize vehicle and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner's residence or the Grand Prize may be forfeited. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Vehicle color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Total ARV of all prizes is $67,000. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on all aspects of prizes won and will be required to provide their Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes as Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of any prize awarded and accepted. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that a prize winner is disqualified for any reason, that prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE: By participating, Entrants release Sweepstakes Entities, their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize; and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including but not limited to the prize quality or availability except for Sponsor and the limited warranty provided with the Grand Prize vehicle. Neither Sweepstakes Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which, in the opinion of Administrator and/or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at www.fordinvasion.com and the determination of the Grand Prize Winner will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the termination, cancellation or suspension, as Administrator determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan state court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Michigan.
